And not to forget the towering tales of TV Tower at Kasauli. It is the kinghood of Kasauli and a big value for the city and acts as sign board which is visible right from Chandigarh. If given opportunity to view the surroundings from its top platforms , Kasauli Tower is treat to see.

My great-grand father was stationed here with the 13th Hussarsthe regiment moving away from Meerut during the heat of the summer months . So would like to travel to India to follow his “Route” from 1904-1915 , when he left India to go and fight on the Western Front.

I have visited almost all the places in Kasauli except Gilbert Trail.
If I plan to visit only Gilbert Trail in one day trip from Chandigarh, is it possible? Please guide me on this.
